About Me

de·li·cious [dih-lish-uhs] highly pleasing to the senses, especially to taste or smell: a delicious dinner; a delicious aroma (or) very pleasing; delightful: a delicious sense of humor.

If you have to eat, why not always eat delicious things? I am always looking for ways to eat and live deliciously. It's not hard to cook, bake, and eat well using real ingredients. Practicing locavore. Advocate of real butter. Gastronomic adventurer.
